The newsletter feature is an option that is bound with the blog system. This allows your site to have a "subscribe to my newsletter" feature much like our own -- try it here -- for them to subscribe to a list of categories of your blog. Afterwards, you can manage the list of users which are subscribed and you can send out your blog articles to the ones who registered to the category that it is being written in with a simple click.

The newsletter works with the blog, but can also be linked with the forum system and the event manager. Furthermore, it is fully supported by the localization system and users who register to your newsletter in a specific language will only receive the newsletter in that language. This is all done automatically for you and it all boils down to 1 button: "Publish". Once you've written a blog post, if you choose to publish it as a newsletter, the MG2 Manager will take care of the rest automatically.
